Warranty

We stand behind our products! For this reason, we offer a 2 year warranty for our products. Our services under warranty:

  • If there is any problem with the mechanism of the watch, you can immediately send it back for repair.
  • If you have any problems with a part of your watch, we can send you that part or you can return the watch to us for repair.

Before sending your watch back to us, you should contact our support team and post a video/photo showing the problem with the watch. After our support team confirms the problem, they will guide you in the most correct way in line with your requests.

Return Policy

For any reason, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the product to us or exchange it for another model. Returns and exchange requests can be made within 7 days after the delivery date.

Watches must be returned in the original condition, with all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact, and with all accessories, including boxes and papers (if purchased). Until you are positive you will be keeping the watch, kindly refrain from wearing it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch for even a day and for the watch not to be blemished or scratched. Please do not have the bracelet sized (links removed), or any straps cut.

If the watch meets the conditions, depending on your choice, either a refund will be made or a new model will be sent on that day.

The only fees you will be responsible for are return shipping costs, and for international customers, any duties or value-added taxes.

Lastly, rest assured that we will do our best to help you no matter what. We are very understanding and do not ignore even the smallest help that can be done. Therefore, please contact us immediately for the smallest problem. Our support team will get back to you that day.
